Un dinner presque parfait?

Sometimes, on a friday or even during the weekend, we do get bitten by the lazy bug of not wanting to do much cooking. And when that happens, nothing beats the jizzing up of some easy yet delicious munchies, that are no bother at all to come up with.

This happened rather recently, and the solution was to get the kid's dinner out of the way, and then just focus on spucing up something that allowed the two of us to sit down at the kitchen table, nibbling away and talking the night away - yep, we do love to talk to each other, and that was one hell of a good conversation, that night!! So I got some humus done, as we both love it so much, a fresh salad, hubby chopped off some carrots and got some rather delicious flatbreads done. A glass of chilled wine was the perfect company for such an easy, relaxed meal. You really should try this at home, you know?

Salada e leite.
